The Ministerial Department of the Gulf States Conference exists to equip, empower, and encourage pastors in their calling to lead spiritually vibrant churches. Through intentional support, strategic pastoral development, and Christ-centered leadership, we strive to cultivate healthy churches and thriving ministers who faithfully proclaim the Three Angels’ Messages and prepare people for Christ’s return.

Our ministry extends across the Gulf States Conference, covering Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. We serve a diverse network of churches, pastors, and leaders, ensuring that each congregation receives the support needed to flourish in faith, mission, and outreach. Through ongoing training, pastoral placement, and church development, we strive to equip every pastor and church for effective ministry in their communities.
